.Mr. James R. Haynes
 Mr. James R. Haynes is co-founder and the Chief  Executive Officer , Executive Director/Life Skills Coach for ToTouch One and Senior Pastor, founder and CEO of  New Covenant World Ministries (NCWM) in Hercules, California.  Mr. Haynes has a BA degree in Business Management from Saint Mary's College and attended Golden Gate University with emphasis in Information Systems Technology, Auditing, Accounting, and Real Estate.  Mr Haynes has over 35 years of success in management, consulting, business training and counseling in the private as well as the non-profit sectors. Mr. Haynes was also Senior Partner in an Information Systems Audit firm for 3 years. Mr. Haynes management skills have provided innovative Information Systems Technology, accounting and business solutions to multiple industries.  Mr. Haynes is providing spiritual awareness and life skills every week at the Contra Costa Detention Facility and volunteered at Juvenile Hall in Martinez to provide life skills training and spiritual awareness to young men

Mr. Rodney Brooks
 Mr. Rodney Brooks is the Director of  Marketing and Communications and Life Coach for ToTouch One.   Mr. Brooks has over 17 years of experience as Marketing Professional for non-profits (Bay Area Advertising Relief Committee and Taproot Foundation),  high-tech,  publishing and Internet companies.  Mr. Brooks has created and managed national and international marketing programs.  Mr. Brooks has a marketing philosophy that is simple: understand target audience, think strategically on how to reach them and be creative in telling them your story.  Everything else is just tactics.
 
Mr. Martin Deardorf
 Mr. Martin Deardorf is the Chef and classroom instructor for ToTouch One.   Chef  Deardorf experience has spanned over 25 years from restaurants to cooking schools through the San Francisco Bay area.  Chef  Deardorf is responsible for providing quality education and preparatory training for students who are interested in becoming hospitality professionals.  Chef  Deardorf will also provide each student with the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve excellence in their chosen culinary field of interest. Chef  Deardorf is owner of Aurora Catering in the San Francisco Bay area for a number of years.  Chef  Deardorf is Safe Server Certified and attended the California Culinary Academy classes in Regional Italian Cuisine and Classic sauces.
 
Mr. Chris Haynes
 Mr. Chris Haynes is the Marketing Assistant for ToTouch One.   Mr. Haynes supports marketing operations by compiling, formatting, and reporting information and materials.  Mr. Haynes participates in all marketing activities.  Mr. Haynes has a sound understanding of the principles of marketing, understands new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing and the graphic arts.

 Mrs. Elisa Haynes
Mrs. Elisa Haynes is the Executive Administrator and Office Manager for ToTouch One.   Mrs. Haynes provides information management support, representing the executive to others.  Mrs. Haynes has over 8 years experience in administrative assistance.  Mrs. Haynes has extensive experience working with the legal system and State of California Department of Industrial Relations using administrative skills to support judges and state clerical activities.  Mrs. Haynes has over 10 years of experince tutoring and mentoring elementary, middle school and high school students.
